We process data you submit in the waitlist form (name, email, preferred format, and your message), plus technical logs required for secure operation.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Waitlist and communication data is processed to answer your request and run pilot onboarding (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies are used only with consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Analytics and cookies

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand usage trends. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" control in the footer.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
